Most goods are usually shipped within 2 working days (usually within 24 hours) of receiving cleared funds. Except our costumes which are (in most cases) shipped direct from the manufacturers. Please allow up to 30 days for costume delivery. Items are shipped either by Royal Mail or Courier and once shipped, should arrive in 1-3 working days. All products are sent recorded/insured.
Leg Avenue products are made in the US and have to be ordered. Please contact us for delivery/dispatch times.
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforseen delivery delays.
You will receive an email informing you when your goods have been dispatched.
Please be aware some items may become out of stock due to high demand. In this circumstance you will be offered a refund, alternative product or you can wait until the item is restocked.
For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 7 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received.
We will accept returns of items that are damaged or in the unlikely event that the item does not match the description on the web site. Once we have received and checked the items being returned we will issue the refund. Items returned for any other reason will only be refunded/replaced at our discretion.
We are unable to issue refunds on personalised items or lingerie. (unless faulty/damaged)
In the unlikely event that item(s) are no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued or alternative product will be offered
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
